The Joint School IMC Managers Seminar, held at St. Joseph’s College on May 4, 2024, was an insightful convergence of educational leaders focused on enhancing educational quality and integrity within the Lasallian tradition. With diverse discussions led by esteemed speakers, including Professor HAU Kit Tai of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Mr. Chong Yiu Kong of The Education University of Hong Kong, and Brother Victor Franco FSC of the Lasallian East Asia District, the seminar explored critical topics such as educational equity, protection of minors, and the transformative power of Lasallian values in shaping meaningful learning experiences. From addressing new legal requirements for reporting child abuse to fostering community engagement and service, the seminar exemplified a commitment to advancing educational excellence and social responsibility within the Lasallian network.
